Adoration

What is Perpetual Adoration?

Perpetual Adoration involves someone visiting our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament for one hour a week, 24 hours a day. By each person committing to offer just one hour a week, we have a Perpetual Adoration vigil so that our Blessed Lord is never alone any hour of the day. Spending time before the Blessed Sacrament in prayer and devotion is exactly the same as spending time before the living God. There He humbly awaits our visit where He prepares graces for us hour by hour.

What are the benefits and results of Perpetual Adoration?

A. A deeper meditative awareness of Christ's true presence in the Eucharist.
B. Healing of your body and soul.
C. A deeper awareness of Christ’s Holy Spirit’s abiding presence in you and every phase of your life.
D. Improved prayer life, deeper faith, and inner peace.

Who promotes Perpetual Adoration?
EVERYONE!

Praise & Worship Holy Hour

Resuming OCTOBER 14th 2020

A Praise and Worship Holy Hour is offered the 2nd Wednesday of EVERY month from October through May. During this time the blessed sacrament will be displayed on the altar with spotlights leaving the rest of the church dark. There will be meditative music to assist with your prayers before the Blessed Sacrament.

All are welcome to attend!!!

Great Adventure Bible Study

The Great Adventure is designed so that anyone can make sense of the Bible and experience the life-changing

power of God’s Word. At the core of The Great Adventure is the concept that there is a story running through the seventy-three books of the Bible that ties all of Scripture together and makes sense not just of

the Bible, but of our lives as well.

RCIA study:

All Catholics are invited to participate in our RCIA study of the Catholic Faith on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 8:30 pm in the Didier Room. The study will begin on Wednesday, September 9th. Each week will cover a different topic of our Catholic Faith and will be taught by Fr. Buhman and/or Fr. Kain. There will be plenty of opportunity for Q&A. All are welcome!

All non-Catholics in our parish are cordially invited to participate in a small group study of the teachings of the Catholic Church. The study will take place on Wednesday evenings, beginning on September 9th, from 7:30 to 8:30 pm, in the Didier room which is attached to St. Mary's school. Those who participate in the study may request to enter the Catholic Church at Easter and this study will serve as the necessary preparation. However, becoming a Catholic is not necessary nor expected. By attending each week there is no commitment made to enter the Catholic Church. All are welcome!

Starting September 15, 2020 @ 7pm

Resuming: Sept. 15th
