ELVIS DINNER SHOW is scheduled for Sept 20th at the Aquinas Gym.  Meal will be served at 6PM and show following at 7PM, and there will be three 45 minute shows.  Tickets sold in advance for the Dinner and Show.  Show only tickets will be sold at the door.  Please mark your calendars now.  If you are interested in helping in any way, please contact Deb Dinkelman at 367-3315.

REDUCTION OF DEBT:  There will be a Scrap Metal Drive to help reduce the parish debt at St. Mary’s.  Please consider donating any scrap iron, aluminum or copper.    Check out your homes, garages, yards, sheds or farms for old fencing, guttering, posts, even old cookware, etc.  No appliances please.  Drop off will be at St. Mary’s parking lot on Saturday, Sept.13 from 7:00AM – 5:00PM.  If need items picked up or for questions, please contact Michelle Longenecker, 367-4627.      Thank You!

MINISTRY FAIR – SEPTEMBER 27TH- & 28TH:  The St. Mary’s & Assumption Ministry Fair will be held the weekend of Sept 27th & 28th, following weekend Masses.  Please note the date listed in the parish newsletter has changed.  The Ministry Fair provides a great opportunity for parishioners to learn more about the ministries in St. Mary’s and Assumption.  Each of us can do something; visit the Ministry Fair; for every talent there is a parish need.  For we are God’s fellow workers.  1 Corinthians 3:9

Prayer Garden

Before the winter winds started to blow a fence was installed around the prayer garden.  Some of the smaller statues were also set in place. 

Now we just wait for warmer weather to be able to enjoy time in the garden.
