St. Mary’s P.C.C.W.

October 19, 2011

The opening prayer was led by Heather, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

St. Mary’s PCCW meeting was called to order by Heather.  Members present were Cherie Kobza, Jenni Kindler, Heather Oltmer and Sister.

The minutes of the September meeting were read.  Jenni made the motion to approve the minutes.  The motion was seconded by Cherie.  Motion carried.  Minutes were approved.

Treasurer’s report showed a beginning balance of $6840.55.  Receipts totaled $250.27.  Expenses were $118.47, leaving a balance of $6972.35.  Jenni made the motion to approve the treasurer’s report.  Heather seconded the motion.  Motion carried.  Treasurer’s report approved.  Bills presented: NCCW dues were presented for $90.00.

Communication Reports:  A thank you was received from Sr. Michaeline; Sr. Kathy.

Commission Reports:  Sr. reminded us to pray for the justice system.

Old Business: Books were updated.

New Business: Barb Belsky asked if PCCW would sponsor a Bible for families new to the parish.  She also asked if PCCW would sponsor the pamphlets in the adoration chapel.  Meals being provided for those in need in the church.  If ice cream is needed for a wake service we can bring our containers to Stop Inn.

Next meeting will be Nov. 16th. At 7:00p.m. in the Didier Room.

Jenni made the motion to adjourn.  The motion was seconded by Heather.  The meeting was adjourned.
